TODAY’S HARVEST ON TOMORROW’S TABLES
S.P.O. ZENTRUM was born in the early 1970s, and it specialized in marketing, packaging and distribution of fruit and vegetable products. With the aim of enhancing and promoting Sicilian cultivations, in 2001, the Catania-based Rizzo Group entrepreneurs joined the company, and then took over it in 2009. Since then, a merging process with the Group’s farming enterprises began, giving it a decidedly made in Sicily footprint. The citrus and tomato supply chains – Sicily’s farming culture’s pride and joy since time immemorial – are now the strategic businesses on which our enterprise focuses.
